Battericeller<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Battericellerna i qapasitys Arctic Series kommer fr\u00e5n Qingtao (Kunshan) Energy Development Group Co, Ltd. Qingtao \u00e4r v\u00e4rldsledande inom storskalig produktion av semi-solid state-battericeller och innehar \u00f6ver 1.300 patent. Under \u00e5rens lopp har Qingtao Energy f\u00e5tt strategiska investeringar fr\u00e5n institutioner som SAIC, BAIC, GAC, Bank of China Investment och Shanghai Sci-Tech Innovation f\u00f6r att driva p\u00e5 ytterligare utveckling och innovation. Tillverkningsprocessen \u00e4r b\u00e5de mycket avancerad och helt automatiserad. Qingtaos omfattande erfarenhet av semi-solid state-teknik och dess produktionsprocesser var avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r valet av dem som qapasitys cellleverant\u00f6r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elektriska komponenter<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

F\u00f6r de elektriska komponenterna i qapasitys produkter har vi valt tillverkare av h\u00f6gsta kvalitet som redan levererar till andra v\u00e4rldsledande batteritillverkare och OEM:er. V\u00e5r leverant\u00f6r av BMS-enheter \u00e4r Shenzhen Tian-Power Technology Co, Ltd. Kvalitetsprodukterna omfattar en master BMS-enhet i kraftmodulen och slave BMS-enheter i varje batterimodul. Varje BMS \u00e4r utrustad med temperatur- och sp\u00e4nningssensorer f\u00f6r att \u00f6vervaka varje batterimodul individuellt. Till exempel inneh\u00e5ller qapasity Arctic Series 10.84kWh-systemet (2 moduler) totalt 3 BMS-enheter: en slavenhet i varje batterimodul och en masterenhet i kraftmodulen (HV Control Box).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
