I kommande inl\u00e4gg kommer vi att ge detaljerade f\u00f6rklaringar till varf\u00f6r den h\u00e4r batterikemin \u00e4r s\u00e4krare \u00e4n traditionella system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-statistics\"><strong>Statistik<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mellan 2018 och 2022 intr\u00e4ffade \u00f6ver 3.500 elbr\u00e4nder och brandincidenter i bostadsfastigheter. Enligt en rapport fr\u00e5n Els\u00e4kerhetsverket (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elsakerhetsverket.se\/om-oss\/publikationer\/rapporter\/elrelaterade-brander-i-bostader-2018-2022\/\">L\u00e4nk<\/a>) orsakades endast 14 av dessa av solcellsanl\u00e4ggningar, vilket motsvarar endast 0,4% av alla elektriska br\u00e4nder i bost\u00e4der.<br><br>Ett av dessa 14 fall var en incident utan egendomsskador, och i 5 av de 14 fallen orsakades branden av ett tillh\u00f6rande batteri. Under denna period ryckte r\u00e4ddningstj\u00e4nsten ut till 54.194 brandrelaterade incidenter i byggnader. Br\u00e4nder orsakade av uppladdningsbara produkter \u00f6kade med 42% under de fem \u00e5ren. Elbr\u00e4nder i bostadshus uppst\u00e5r oftast i eluttag, s\u00e4rskilt i k\u00f6k, d\u00e4r felaktig anv\u00e4ndning av spisar \u00e4r den fr\u00e4msta orsaken till s\u00e5dana br\u00e4nder. Hela rapporten kan laddas ner via denna l\u00e4nk<a href=\"https:\/\/svensksolenergi.se\/ny-riktlinje-for-brandskydd-av-batterilager\/\"> l\u00e4nk<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r viktigt att betona att br\u00e4nder i station\u00e4ra energilagringssystem \u00e4r s\u00e4llsynta, s\u00e4rskilt eftersom den betydligt s\u00e4krare LFP-tekniken anv\u00e4nds i stor utstr\u00e4ckning (m\u00e5nga allm\u00e4nt rapporterade br\u00e4nder i elfordon involverar NMC-teknik). Trots den l\u00e5ga f\u00f6rekomsten av br\u00e4nder \u00e4r s\u00e4kerhet alltid h\u00f6gsta prioritet. P\u00e5 qapasity str\u00e4var vi efter att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra s\u00e4kerheten ytterligare genom v\u00e5ra unika semisolida battericeller och uppn\u00e5 \u00e4nnu h\u00f6gre brands\u00e4kerhetsstandarder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-thermal-runaway\"><strong>Termisk rusning<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Termisk rusning intr\u00e4ffar n\u00e4r en kortslutning i ett batteri f\u00e5r temperaturen att stiga. N\u00e4r temperaturen \u00f6kar frig\u00f6rs syre fr\u00e5n de aktiva materialen i batteriets kemiska sammans\u00e4ttning. Syret p\u00e5skyndar reaktionen, genererar mer v\u00e4rme och frig\u00f6r \u00e4nnu mer syre, en kedjereaktion som inte kan stoppas. \u00c4ven om batteriet s\u00e4nks ned i vatten, skum eller andra sl\u00e4ckmedel kan branden forts\u00e4tta med hj\u00e4lp av det syre som genereras av batterimaterialet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skillnaden mellan LFP- och NMC-batterier \u00e4r sl\u00e5ende ur ett brands\u00e4kerhetsperspektiv. NMC \u00e4r en mer instabil och l\u00e4ttant\u00e4ndlig teknik, medan LFP \u00e4r betydligt s\u00e4krare. Vanliga s\u00e4kerhetsfaktorer \u00e4r bl.a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Termisk stabilitet:<\/strong> LFP-batterier har h\u00f6gre termisk stabilitet j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med andra litiumjonbatterier. De \u00e4r mindre ben\u00e4gna att skena iv\u00e4g i v\u00e4rmen, vilket minskar risken f\u00f6r brand eller explosion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Icke brandfarlig elektrolyt:<\/strong> Batterierna anv\u00e4nder en organisk elektrolyt, men den kemiska sammans\u00e4ttningen i LFP-batterierna \u00e4r mindre reaktiv och mer stabil under h\u00f6ga temperaturer och mekanisk belastning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Val av material:<\/strong> LFP-katoderna \u00e4r tillverkade av j\u00e4rnfosfat, ett mindre reaktivt material med l\u00e4gre risk att frig\u00f6ra syre vid upphettning, vilket bidrar till att f\u00f6rhindra brand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u00e4gre energit\u00e4thet:<\/strong> LFP-batterier har n\u00e5got l\u00e4gre energit\u00e4thet, vilket inneb\u00e4r att de lagrar mindre energi per viktenhet. Detta kan bidra till att minska risken f\u00f6r brand i h\u00e4ndelse av kortslutning eller felaktig hantering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-is-lfp-battery-safety-tested\"><strong>Hur testas LFP-batteriets s\u00e4kerhet?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett vanligt s\u00e4kerhetstest f\u00f6r LFP-batterier \u00e4r kortslutningstestet, ofta kallat \"spiktestet\", d\u00e4r en stor spik punkterar batteriet f\u00f6r att skapa en kortslutning.
