Nedan g\u00e5r vi igenom n\u00e5gra av dessa viktiga faktorer. Det \u00e4r din installat\u00f6r som ansvarar f\u00f6r att placeringen g\u00f6rs p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt, men f\u00f6r att du ska f\u00e5 en \u00f6verblick beskriver vi de viktigaste aspekterna h\u00e4r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att regelverket inte g\u00f6r n\u00e5gon st\u00f6rre skillnad mellan olika batteritekniker, vilket inneb\u00e4r att qapasitys semi-solid state-batterier kategoriseras i samma grupp som andra litiumjonbatterier (och \u00e4ven andra kemier).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-placement-of-energy-storage-systems\"><strong>Placering av energilagringssystem<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Energilagringssystem ska installeras i enlighet med tillverkarens installationsanvisningar och med tillr\u00e4ckligt utrymme framf\u00f6r v\u00e4xelriktaren. Slutkunden ska informeras om batteriets placering och ljudniv\u00e5er f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att systemet inte orsakar st\u00f6rningar. Om det inte finns tillr\u00e4ckligt med utrymme ska kunden informeras om detta f\u00f6re installationen. V\u00e4xelriktaren och batteriet kan monteras p\u00e5 en fasad om tillverkarens riktlinjer till\u00e5ter det. Det \u00e4r viktigt att f\u00f6lja kraven p\u00e5 obr\u00e4nnbara v\u00e4ggar, skydd mot direkt solljus eller kraftig nederb\u00f6rd samt s\u00e4kert avst\u00e5nd till ventilationssystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att f\u00f6lja tillverkarens anvisningar \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r b\u00e5de garantit\u00e4ckning och hantering av brandrisker. \u00c4ven om installationsanvisningarna varierar mellan olika tillverkare finns det vissa allm\u00e4nna rekommendationer som alltid b\u00f6r f\u00f6ljas. \u00c4ven om dessa i f\u00f6rsta hand g\u00e4ller \"traditionella\" LFP-batterier, \u00e4r m\u00e5nga av punkterna till\u00e4mpliga p\u00e5 qapasitys semi-solid state-batterier och b\u00f6r s\u00e4rskilt beaktas vid inomhusinstallationer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-general-recommendations\"><strong>Allm\u00e4nna rekommendationer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Temperatur: Batterier ska helst placeras i en sval milj\u00f6, helst mellan 5-15\u00b0C. Temperaturen p\u00e5verkar b\u00e5de batteriets prestanda och livsl\u00e4ngd. Laddning och urladdning kan begr\u00e4nsas om batteriet \u00e4r f\u00f6r kallt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c5tkomst: Alla batterier ska vara \u00e5tkomliga fr\u00e5n d\u00f6rr\u00f6ppningen eller en motsvarande ing\u00e5ngspunkt f\u00f6r brandsl\u00e4ckning. I kommersiella byggnader och l\u00e4genhetskomplex b\u00f6r batterirummen ha direkt tillg\u00e5ng till en ytterd\u00f6rr.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Begr\u00e4nsning av brand: Om m\u00f6jligt b\u00f6r batterier placeras i en separat brandcell. F\u00f6rvaringsutrymmet b\u00f6r minst uppfylla brandmotst\u00e5ndsklass EI 60.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dr\u00e4nering: Rummet b\u00f6r ha en golvbrunn f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhindra vattenskador i h\u00e4ndelse av brand.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00f6kventilation: \u00d6verv\u00e4g att installera r\u00f6kventilation i st\u00f6rre batterilagringsutrymmen f\u00f6r att minska risken f\u00f6r att giftig r\u00f6k sprids i byggnaden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Branddetektering: Installera r\u00f6kdetektorer eller brandlarm. Energilagringssystemet b\u00f6r integreras med byggnadens aktiva brandskyddssystem, t.ex. automatiska larm och sprinklers. Ytterligare brandskydd kan kr\u00e4vas f\u00f6r st\u00f6rre batteriinstallationer om byggnaden saknar dessa system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dokumentation och m\u00e4rkning: Batteriets kemi och systemstruktur m\u00e5ste vara tydligt angivna. Information om brandk\u00e5rens avst\u00e4ngningsm\u00f6jligheter och rekommenderade sl\u00e4ckmetoder ska ocks\u00e5 finnas. Kopplingsscheman och instruktioner f\u00f6r brandbek\u00e4mpning m\u00e5ste finnas tillg\u00e4ngliga.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-new-building-regulations-from-july-1-2025\"><strong>Nya byggregler (fr\u00e5n 1 juli 2025)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande inneh\u00e5ller Sveriges byggregler inga specifika regler f\u00f6r station\u00e4ra batterier. Nya s\u00e4kerhetsf\u00f6reskrifter avseende batterilagringssystem \u00f6ver 20 kWh planeras dock att tr\u00e4da i kraft den 1 juli 2025. F\u00f6rslaget inneh\u00e5ller tre nya avsnitt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kapitel 5 \u00a7 21a: Rum med batterier \u00f6ver 20 kWh m\u00e5ste utformas som en brandcell, s\u00e5vida inte brandrisken har minimal inverkan p\u00e5 utrymningss\u00e4kerheten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 kap 25 \u00a7: Rum med batterier \u00f6ver 20 kWh som \u00e4r anslutna till en inre utrymningsv\u00e4g m\u00e5ste ha en brandsluss om inte utrymmet s\u00e4llan anv\u00e4nds av ett f\u00e5tal personer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 kap 11 \u00a7: Dessa rum skall ha r\u00f6kventilation, utom f\u00f6r brandceller mindre \u00e4n 10 m\u00b2. \u00d6ppningarna f\u00e5r inte hindra utrymningsv\u00e4gar eller annan verksamhet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Geometriska krav f\u00f6r ventilations\u00f6ppningar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minst 0,5% av nettoarean utan sprinklersystem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minst 0,1% av nettoarean med ett sprinklersystem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Varje \u00f6ppning m\u00e5ste vara minst 0,7 m\u00b2 stor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00f6kventilation i underjordiska rum m\u00e5ste kunna man\u00f6vreras fr\u00e5n en extern kontrollpunkt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-guidelines-for-battery-fire-protection-svensk-solenergi\"><strong>Riktlinjer f\u00f6r brandskydd av batterier (Svensk Solenergi)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Svensk Solenergi publicerade 2024 riktlinjer f\u00f6r brandskydd vid batteriinstallation. Dessa riktlinjer specificerar att de inte \u00e4r anpassade till semi-solid state-teknik. De anger:<strong><br><\/strong><em>\"Det finns ocks\u00e5 batterier utan brandfarliga elektrolyter, t.ex. solid state-batterier. Dessa omfattas inte av dessa riktlinjer. Brandskydds\u00e5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r s\u00e5dana batterier b\u00f6r f\u00f6lja tillverkarens anvisningar och en individuell riskbed\u00f6mning.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c4ven om de inte \u00e4r helt till\u00e4mpliga p\u00e5 qapasitys Arctic Series \u00e4r m\u00e5nga av rekommendationerna bra och b\u00f6r beaktas, s\u00e4rskilt f\u00f6r inomhusinstallationer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-specific-placement-recommendations\"><strong>Specifika placeringsrekommendationer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bostadsfastigheter:<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>F\u00f6r bostadsinstallationer finns det inga specifika lagstadgade krav (tills de nya best\u00e4mmelserna tr\u00e4der i kraft den 1 juli 2025). Ist\u00e4llet g\u00e4ller rekommendationer fr\u00e5n f\u00f6rs\u00e4kringsbolag och brandk\u00e5rer. Vanliga installationsplatser \u00e4r k\u00e4llare (i teknik- eller pannrum) eller uppv\u00e4rmda garage. Tack vare den integrerade v\u00e4rmen i qapasitys Arctic-serie kan systemet \u00e4ven placeras utomhus. Det rekommenderas starkt att batteriet installeras i en separat brandcell, t.ex. ett frist\u00e5ende garage eller ett separat rum med brandmotst\u00e5ndsklass EI 60.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jordbruksfastigheter:<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>F\u00f6ljande regler \u00e4r baserade p\u00e5 LBK avsnitt 5. Batterisystemet ska installeras i en obr\u00e4nnbar container eller en byggnad som \u00e4r s\u00e4rskilt utformad f\u00f6r batterilagring med brandmotst\u00e5ndsklass EI 60. Containern eller byggnaden ska vara minst 15 meter fr\u00e5n andra konstruktioner. Om den placeras mer \u00e4n 30 meter bort kr\u00e4vs ingen brandavskiljning. Uttj\u00e4nta batterier \u00e4r inte till\u00e5tna. F\u00f6r batterisystem upp till 25 kWh \u00e4r placering i ett separat rum i en befintlig byggnad till\u00e5ten om f\u00f6ljande krav uppfylls:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rummet f\u00e5r inte vara bel\u00e4get i en byggnad d\u00e4r det finns djur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rummet m\u00e5ste ha minst en ytterv\u00e4gg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rummet m\u00e5ste uppfylla brandmotst\u00e5ndsklass EI 60 p\u00e5 b\u00e5da sidor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00f6rren ska monteras i ytterv\u00e4ggen och uppfylla brandklass EI 60.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Begagnade batterier \u00e4r inte till\u00e5tna.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e4rme och ventilation f\u00f6r det utrymme d\u00e4r batteriet ska installeras m\u00e5ste utv\u00e4rderas f\u00f6r att passa systemet och f\u00f6reskrifterna. Ventilation \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 viktigt f\u00f6r att evakuera gaser i h\u00e4ndelse av funktionsfel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-lessons-from-a-battery-fire-in-orebro\"><strong>L\u00e4rdomar fr\u00e5n en batteribrand i \u00d6rebro<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I juni 2019 intr\u00e4ffade en batteribrand p\u00e5 en skola i \u00d6rebro p\u00e5 grund av en kortslutning. \u00c4ven om ingen person skadades identifierades flera kritiska problem:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Det fanns ingen tydlig plan f\u00f6r r\u00e4ddningsinsatser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brandm\u00e4nnen tvekade p\u00e5 grund av os\u00e4kerhet om batteriets kemi, \u00e4ven om vatten skulle ha r\u00e4ckt eftersom det inte var en brand i ett litiumjonbatteri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e4ntan p\u00e5 att komma in var f\u00f6r l\u00e5ng, eftersom de inte visste vilken batterikemi som fanns i byggnaden.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Det fanns ingen ordentlig dr\u00e4nering f\u00f6r vatten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anl\u00e4ggningen saknade ordentlig ventilation f\u00f6r r\u00f6k.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u00e5de brandk\u00e5ren och fastighets\u00e4garen hade begr\u00e4nsad kunskap om systemets utformning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXcghlq11hq_40lEQsHlqFUOzSU4J1WabsQh651BuqHRQbqfejqYZ8JffBLgaNUd9IEJi9k58XPqTfi88tlq1rrAcLEutfWhcmwlPLeRYYNZTxwwKMYrUedJHEdhJIoPTgkCJ1N9sQ?key=3Hktiwa87gRfXRyluXj1LniQ\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tips-for-a-successful-battery-installation\"><strong>Tips f\u00f6r en lyckad batteriinstallation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Planera batteriets placering noga och ta h\u00e4nsyn till faktorer som temperatur, luftfuktighet och damm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utrusta rummet med r\u00f6kdetektorer, golvbrunn och ordentlig ventilation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se till att rummet uppfyller brandskyddsklass EI 60.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00f6lj tillverkarens anvisningar och manualer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla korrekt dokumentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anlita en auktoriserad elektriker med r\u00e4tt kompetens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00d6verv\u00e4g utomhusinstallation om batteriet kan anv\u00e4ndas i kalla temperaturer, t.ex. qapasitys Arctic Series.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conclusion\"><strong>Slutsats<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Batteribranden i \u00d6rebro visade p\u00e5 viktiga l\u00e4rdomar n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller systemdesign, dokumentation och utbildning. I takt med att energilagring blir en integrerad del av byggnaders energisystem st\u00e4lls h\u00f6gre krav p\u00e5 konstrukt\u00f6rer, installat\u00f6rer och till och med brandm\u00e4n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Batteribr\u00e4nder \u00e4r fortfarande s\u00e4llsynta men kan f\u00e5 katastrofala f\u00f6ljder om installationerna inte \u00e4r korrekt utformade. Installat\u00f6ren \u00e4r en viktig partner f\u00f6r slutkunden och ansvarar f\u00f6r hantverksskicklighet, systemdesign och drifts\u00e4ttning. Det \u00e4r viktigt att v\u00e4lja en kvalificerad installat\u00f6r som du kan lita p\u00e5 och som har r\u00e4tt utbildning f\u00f6r att hantera energilagringssystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>qapasity rekommenderar starkt att man r\u00e5dfr\u00e5gar experter n\u00e4r man installerar energilagringssystem och prioriterar s\u00e4kerhet. Granska krav fr\u00e5n myndigheter som t.ex. brandk\u00e5ren f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla b\u00e5de s\u00e4kerhet och efterlevnad. Det \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare att g\u00f6ra r\u00e4tt fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan genom att r\u00e5dfr\u00e5ga experter f\u00f6re installationen.
